About the Diwa Lucky front desk
hotelpromotel.net keeps a front desk for adults in India who want Diwa Lucky explained before they fund a room. We are not the hotel in the domain name and we are not the app operator.
What the desk will explain
Where the Android file should come from, how check-in uses your number, what the counter card actually requires, and how to leave a room. We stop before any prediction.
The bonus note and the room note are the longer slips. Home is the short check-in.
What the desk will not touch
Wallets, KYC decisions, password resets, and payouts. Those counters are inside the app, and we cannot see over them.
We do not issue room keys, agent IDs, or shared logins.
The printed figure can go out of date
We print ₹500 because that is the public welcome label on this desk today. Your card can say something else tonight. Follow yours.
We revise pages when a screen changes for good, not when a rumour says the figure doubled.
How a visit should feel
Short, in order, and possible to abandon. If you only read the risk page and leave, the desk did its job.
Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
A normal visit
- Read the risk page once Loss is possible.
- Collect the file Then close the install door.

- Read the room card Before a paid seat.
- Leave at your hour Logout included.
