Read the Diwa Lucky ₹500 card at the counter
The card at this desk is labelled ₹500. The useful part is the task printed under that label: who qualifies, which rooms count, the wagering, and the night it expires.

The label is not the card
Write the figure you actually see, plus rooms, wagering, cap, and expiry. We print ₹500 as today’s public label. Your card might not.
If the task text is missing, do not claim while you wait for this page to explain it. The page cannot see your account.
Wagering can spend the deposit
A multiple is an amount of play, and play can lose. The card does not choose outcomes and does not pay the loss back.
Rooms left off the list usually do not advance the task. They still take stakes.

One card on the counter
Welcome, reload, and referral cards are different slips. Signing all of them stacks rules. Sign one, or sign none.
Only add a referral code you intended. A code from a stranger is their slip, not yours.
Checkout can wait on the card
See if cashout is paused until wagering ends. A pause matters if you needed the money on a date.
There is no desk fee to lift that pause. Ignore anyone selling one.

No.
Can the desk reissue an expired card?
